State of the Governway

Welcome to Governway! We have recently switched domains from Stampade.com to Governway.com . We hope this will assist in name recognition, as it is truer to our purpose. Our purpose is to create a space for political conversation. By providing status of legislation as well as supporting user interaction (you), we aim to move towards a governing system focused on what the people are focused on. Our long-term goal is to provide a collection of political events sorted by political impact. These events are often long term and stories will become easier to follow with logical grouping. By looking at these events through a timeline we may be able to glean a greater understanding of political events and how they affect us, as well as how we want to affect them. In the coming months we will fine tune features such as federal legislation data availability, search, archive, account, and posting mechanics. Thank you and stay tuned.
